Refund Policy

Please, note that due to the technical impossibility for return of blockchain transaction the following Refund Policy is enforced only for transactions in fiat currencies.


To be eligible for a return, you must provide GetEx with the details of transaction; you wish to return, including:

  • the necessary details of sender and recipient;
  • amount of the transaction;
  • currency of the transaction;
  • enough contact details in order for Support Team to contact you in case of any questions, mistakes or inconsistencies.


Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you in your GetEx Balance that we have received your information about transaction. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting information in your request, the transaction and possibility to return it.

Please, allow us up to 10 Business days, depending on the complexity of the issued, to make a decision on your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund can be made only to your account, from which the money originated. The refund cannot be made to your another accounts or to accounts of third parties.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your wallet provider, availability of Network and card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for commissions on the transaction. Commission costs are nonrefundable.
